Problem
There is too much frost and
ice.
The compressor does not
start immediately after press‐
ing the SUPER, or after
changing the temperature.
The temperature in the appli‐
ance is too low or too high.
If your appliance is still not working properly after making the above checks, contact
the nearest Authorised Service Center.
Specify the model and serial number of your appliance when you contact Authorised
Service Center. This will accelerate the support received.
Possible cause
The lid is not closed proper‐
ly.
The SUPER function is
switched on.
The lid is not closed properly
or the gasket is deformed or
dirty.
Temperature is set incorrect‐
ly.
This is normal, no error has
occurred.
The temperature regulator is
not set correctly.
The lid is not closed proper‐
ly.
The products' temperature is
too high.
Many products are stored at
the same time.
The thickness of the frost on
the inner liner is greater than
4-5 mm.
The lid was opened too of‐
ten.
The SUPER function is

Products to be frozen are
placed too closely to each

The appliance is positioned
near the heat source.
Solution
Check if the lid closes prop‐
erly and the gaskets are not
damaged or dirty.

Check if the lid closes prop‐
erly. Clean the gasket or re‐
place it in case of any dam‐
age.

The compressor starts after
a period of time.
Set a higher or lower tem‐
perature.
Check if the lid closes prop‐
erly and the gaskets are not
damaged or dirty.
Allow food to cool to room
temperature before storing.
Store less products at the
same time.
Defrost the appliance. Refer
to "Defrosting the freezer"
section.
Open the lid only if necessa‐
ry.
