Driving and steering the pallet car

If necessary, unlock the emergency stop, then move the control lever
into the M range (fig. 8) to activate control of the driving lever (A, fig. 7).
Move the driving lever (A, fig.7) forward to drive forward and backward
to drive backwards. The more the lever is pressed, the higher the
driving speed.
The control lever is directly linked to the steering wheels, the steering
wheels will follow the sideways position of the handle and thus
determine the direction of travel of the pallet truck.

Picking up loads with the pallet truck

Drive the pallet truck slowly to the front of the pallet.
Then drive the forks of the pallet truck under the
pallet until the end of the forks. (V, fig.9). Lift the
charge by pressing the Lifting button (E, fig.7).Make
sure that the load is located centered on the pallet
truck, otherwise the pallet truck can tilt.

Driving with the load

It is necessary to pump the pallet truck to the
correct position in order to be able to drive. You
should always ensure that the pallet remains free
from the floor. The pallet truck should be carefully
driven at a constant speed, giving you sufficient care
and attention to the surroundings.
Unauthorized persons must be expelled from the
danger zone. In the case of danger to persons, a warning signal must be given in time by
using the horn. If unauthorized persons do not leave the danger zone despite warning, the
pallet truck must be brought to an immediate stop.

Braking

Electric braking

Release the driving lever (A, fig.7), the pallet truck slows down to complete standstill.
WATCH OUT! When the driving lever is in neutral position, the pallet truck is absolutely not
allowed to move. If this is not the case, the pallet truck should be decommissioned
immediately until the defect has been fixed!

Dynamic braking

By moving the driving lever (A, fig.7) to the other side (from forward to reverse or vice
versa), the pallet truck stops first before it starts driving the other way. WATCH OUT! The
driving lever should automatically jump back to neutral mode when it is released. If this is
not the case, the pallet truck should be decommissioned immediately until the defect has
been fixed!
