4. Prevent damage to the battery system
a. Limit contact with liquids and corrosive chemicals
b. Forbid high temperature and high pressure
c. Avoid causing damage due to inaccurate/careless use of battery and battery
disassembly
5. If the product smokes and/or burns, leave the workshop immediately. Disassembly
or unauthorized repair is strictly prohibited. Contact our company or the approved
dealer as soon as possible for technical support.
6. If the product is submerged in water, leave the workshop immediately. Disassembly
or unauthorized repair is strictly prohibited. Contact our company or the approved
dealer as soon as possible for technical support.
7. Remove the battery immediately if it produces an unusual odor. Avoid contact with
leaked liquids and gases. Any type of contact should be cleaned immediately.
8. When working with the battery, one must be provided with the correct PPE, this
includes facial protection, respiratory protection, acid-resistant clothes and safety
gloves and safety shoes.

3. Assembly

1. Make sure that the number on the sticker on the lever and the number on the
sticker on the pallet truck match each other, if this is not the case, contact the
Mammuthpoint of sale where the pallet car has been purchased.
2. Remove all plastic and cardboard from the pallet car and the control lever.
3. Remove the split pen (1, fig.1) from the axle for the control lever (2, fig.1) and then
remove the shaft from the frame.
4. Then align the axle holes of the control lever with the axle holes of the frame of the
pallet truck and run through the shaft, making sure that the hole in the shaft
through which the locking pen is later placed is aligned with the hole for the deposit
pin in the frame.
5. WATCH OUT! Before securing the shaft with the deposit pen (supplied in pocket by
manual),it must be ensured that the holes of the shaft and frame, through which
the locking pen is placed, are aligned. Place the locking pen in the hole and then
drive through the shaft with a hammer and penfloat until the pen is equal to the
hole in the frame (1, fig.2).
6. WATCH OUT! The cable from the pallet car (2, fig.3) must be removed inside the
control lever over the hinge shaft (3, fig.1) and the pre-assembled axle in the control
lever, so that it cannot get trapped anywhere. Then plug the control lever (1, fig.3)
with the plug of the pallet car (2, fig.3), plug the male plug into the female plug,
which only fit in one way. Now tighten the plug clutch.
