7. Now put the cable with coupled plugs back up inside the control lever (3, fig.3) so
that it can't get trapped anywhere.
8. Then press the control
lever down and remove
the transport pen (3, fig.1)
from the frame.
9. Finally, the battery (1, fig.4)
should be placed in the
pallet car, which should be
placed in the recess in the
frame (2, fig.4) with the
connection (3, fig.4)
towards the control lever.
10. Now install the plug on the
pallet car (1, fig.5) in the
counter plug of the battery
(2, fig.5). Your pallet car is
now ready for use.

Safety requirements for use

1. The operator must be trained in the use of the pallet truck per specific department.
The operator must have successfully completed the test of operating skills and
emergency operations and have been declared competent by user or owner.
2. Responsibilities, obligations and regulations of the operator:
a. The operators must be trained in the control regulations and have
successfully passed the tests and have been authorized to use the pallet
truck by the providers.
b. Operators are obliged to fully learn and understand this instruction.
c. The operators are responsible for operating the pallet truck according to the
relevant rules and regulations.
d. It is important that the operator wears PPE before operating the pallet truck,
S3 Safety shoes are obligated.
3. Authorization and usage limits:
a. The pallet truck may only be operated by authorized persons. Do not use the
pallet truck to transport and lift people.
b. Drivers are responsible for personal safety and safety of pallet trucks when
operating the pallet truck.
4. Procedure equipment problems: Inform the manager when there are problems
with the pallet truck. Example: wear and tear on the wheels and brake stops
working etc. The pallet truck must be decommissioned immediately until all
defects have been fixed.

Check before first use

WATCH OUT! Check the device/machine before EVERY use for missing/loose parts,
distortions and defects. In the event of one of the above mentioned cases, the
machine/machine should be decommissioned immediately.
Pallet truck may only be powered on battery power. Check and test the pallet truck after
transport.
