Solution
Check the pipe of the battery
wire, tighten screws of all
electrical connectors, keep
switch contact smooth
Drain the forks completely 2-3
times and then drop to vent the
cylinder
Refill oil (use #32 hydraulic oil)
Charge battery
Inspect where the leakage is
located and repair, swap gaskets,
tighten screws of hose
connection
Reduce the load to be lifted to
the maximum payload of the
pallet car (1500kg)
Refill hydraulic oil or replace it
entirely with new #32 hydraulic
oil
Tighten the screws/bolts
Humidity ≤90%
