12. Unplug the product ...
- when the product is not being used,
- in case of malfunctions,
- before attaching / detaching accessories and
- before cleaning the product.
13. Use this product in dry indoor areas only and never outdoors.
14. Place the product on a flat, sturdy and slip-resistant surface.
15. Never use, expose or put the product near to:
- direct sunlight and dust;
- fire (fireplace, grill, candles), water (water splashes, vases,
ponds, bath tube) or heavy moisture.
16. Risk of burns! Avoid contact with hot surfaces and escaping
steam. Hold the product only by the handle.
17. Always leave sufficient space around the product. Boiling water
can cause serious scalding.
18. Do not move or transport the product while in operation or if it still
contains hot water. There is a risk of burns caused by spurting
hot water.
19. Operate the product only if it is filled with water. The boil-dry
protection prevents overheating if the kettle is empty.
20. Close the lid when heating water. The temperature limiter only
works when the cover is closed.
21. Clean the product and all other accessories after each use.
22. Follow the instructions in the chapter Cleaning and care.
