Never mix old and new batteries
1.Unscrew the battery cover,and insert 4xAAA batteries(not included),
making sure you insert them following the correct polarity as shown
2.Re-attach the battery cover

Charging the drone battery
Take out the drone battery and connect it to the balance charger and adapter.
While charging, the charger indicator on the balance charger will be solid red
and power indicator will be solid green. When charging is complete, the
charger indicator goes out and power indicator remain the same.
