SETTING THE TIME

If your watch has a locking screw-type crown, first unscrew the crown.
1.
Stop the second hand at "0" by pulling out the crown
(position (2) if the model has a date display).
2.
T urn the crown to adjust the hands to the correct time.
3.
Restart the watch by pushing the crown

SETTING THE DATE

1. Pull out the crown
2. Rotate the crown until the required date appears.
3. Put the crown
