The stylus illuminator

 Press the stylus illuminator switch A. The stylus
illuminator B move out and illuminates the stylus tip.
 If the stylus illuminator is not needed, press it back
down into the frame. The lamp goes out at the same
time.

How to prepare the record player for operation

The dust cover

 Flip the hinges on the housing towards the back.
 Uniformly push the right and left dust cover
receptacles onto the hinges.
 Make sure the locking spring clicks into place.
