2. INSTALLATION
2.1 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Attention! The appliance must be installed on the solid surfaces like concrete, wood or
metal etc. Never install on flammable surfaces! (Plastics, nylon vinyl etc.)
Follow figure F1, F2 and F3 on page 2 - 3 for mounting and safety distances.
• This appliance has IP65 protection class. It is protected against low-pressure jets of
water from any direction, meaning that it is resistant to water splashes and rain.
• Fix the mounting brackets to the heater body using screws by leaving 20 cm space
inbetween the brackets.
• Fix the other two mounting brackets to the wall making sure that the distance between
the mounting brackets on the wall is the same as the distance between the mounting
brackets on the heater.
• Fix the mounting brackets on the wall and the other mounting brackets on the heater
using the bolts and nuts.
• Depending on the area to be heated the angle of the unit can be adjusted between 0-40
degrees by the help of Bakelite head bolt and nut fixture.
• The heater can be mounted on the ceiling or wall.
Warning! In case of an installation on the ceiling the heater may discolour the surface depending
on the surface material.
• Before operating the unit joints should be checked once again.
2.2 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS POSITION + DISTANCE
For minimum safety distances in case of horizontal installations. For minimum distances
from coverage area and other objects please see figure 2 on page 2.
2.3 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WITH RIGHT AND WRONG POSITIONS
DIRECT YOUR HEATER TOWARDS THE MOST APPROPRIATE ANGLE
See figure 3 on page 3.
Do not let the light go out through the window, glasses etc. as the heater primarily heats
the locations onto which its light falls
The power cord outlet shall be in the lowest point when used in vertically or tilted angle.
