Check glider on the slide for wear and replace if
necessary.

Check slide for deformation and replace if necessa-
ry.

Check pitch angle on slide again if glider or slide
was replaced.

5.1.3 Checking the yaw angle (SCT 416 / CCT 3500
only)
1. Inspect sealing paint on the adjustment beam for
damage.
2. Using the positioning feet, level the calibration and
adjustment device on the base plate with the aid of
the spirit levels on the L -bracket (Abb. 23, item 2 and
item 3).
3. Move the adjustment beam (Abb. 30, item 3) to posi-
tion 1 (Abb. 30, item 4.1).
4. Place the reference boards horizontally (Abb. 30,
item 2) on the adjustment beam.
5. Position the 4-6-minute spirit levels on the horizon-
tal reference boards (Abb. 30, item 5) and level the
reference boards.
