7.1.13 Input „End Of Component"
The input „End Of Component" is used for the Q-Stop functionality. The Input
indicates, that all spots on a Component have been done.

7.1.14 Time within the current has to exceed a minimum threshold

The time within the current has to exceed a minimum threshold is adjustable.
If this threshold is not exceeded on average, the sequence is stopped and an
error message occurs.

7.1.15 %I Prewarning

Nach Phase value monitoring is carried out after each welding schedule. The
mean phase value is compared to electrode parameters
• %I limitation
• %I prewarning
• Lower %I prewarning
If one of the limits is exceeded, a warning is output. This warning will remain
active until the next tip dressing / tip change cycle or until the actual %I values are
reset at the user interface.

7.1.16 Post-heating pulse

A conditional upper tolerance limit can be programmed for monitoring
the post-weld time. In addition, the spot repetition logic was changed.

The spot is rewelded with higher current in the MainWLD. The new factor for
