Parallel inputs are retransmitted to serial inputs

The following parallel inputs are retransmitted to serial outputs:
• Motor protection trip
• Circuit breaker ON
• No fault current

7.1.10 Monitoring Tip dressing result

The weld timer monitors the tip dressing result on the basis of the heat value and
the current as follows, using the routine described below. It can be switched
between the operation modes ÜEFE-I and ÜEFE-R:
In both cases the user defines a welding program for tip dress monitoring. This
program is then used to perform the reference welds and the monitoring welds.
For ÜEFE-I in this program, a schedule in "PHA" mode should be programmed for
the second weld time without stepping and without %I compensation.
For ÜEFE-R has to be used a standard program in KSR mode with activated
voltage measuring and activate UIR-monitoring for resistance.
In both modes the program has to be assigned the monitored electrode.
The hold time in this program must be not less than 20ms and the output "Weld
complete" may only be set at the end of the hold time.
That is necessary, that the output ,which possibly signalize a defective tip dress,
be switched safe before the output "Weld complete".
The warning that is generated from a "not OK" checking result will be reset by the
start for the next spot weld of the same electrode.

7.1.11 Fault reset of electroc motor-driven gun

A new parameter was introduced to modify the timer response to the two
commands
„Fault reset with Weld Complete" and „Fault Reset and reweld" when given by a
user interface (versus an input) as follows:
As a default, the timer will respond to the user interface commands in the same
way as to the corresponding input. The faults are reset, and the corresponding
activity (set Weld Complete contact or reweld) is immediately carried out.
If the corresponding mode has been activated, the timer will not reset the fault
within the timer as a response to the two commands from the user interface, but
will only set the output „Fault reset and reweld ELMO" or the output „Fault reset
with Weld Complete ELMO".
These outputs will return to 0 when one of the inputs „Fault reset", "Reset fault
with Weld complete" or "Reset fault and reweld" is activated.

7.1.12 Q-Stop

This output is set to 1 simultaneously with the output "Welding fault" if a Q-Stopp-
error occurs. It is reset to 0 as soon as the fault will be reset.
