Replacing filter

1. Remove the high-pressure rail from the installation
panel (refer to Section 6.4) and set down on the
clamping bracket of the EPS 815.
2. Screw in both threaded connections on the under-
side of the high-pressure rail.
3. Guide the threaded connections of the high-pressure
rail into the slot of the clamping bracket and set
down.

4. Use a wrench to unfasten the nut (Pos. 2) from the
front rail.
5. Remove the front rail (Pos. 1).
6. Take the filter (Pos. 3) out of the high-pressure rail
and dispose of it.

Before fitting the filter, make sure there are no
remnants of dirt on the sealing surface in the high-
pressure rail and on the sealing cone at the filter.
7. Insert the new filter in the high-pressure rail.
8. Fit the front rail.
9. Use a torque wrench to tighten the nut of the front
rail. Tightening torque = 135 Nm.
10. Re-attach the high-pressure rail to the installation
panel and connect (refer to Section 6.4).
