Trouble-shooting

Fault
The serial number and calibration date of the pressure
sensor 1 681 032 095 are not displayed in the External
pressure sensor box.
The message "Emergency stop, doors open" is called up
although folding doors are closed and all LEDs at the
safety switches are lit.
After calibrating the high-pressure rail, the measured val-
ues exhibit a difference in pressure of >0.5 MPa

Remedy
1. Install the driver of the pressure sensor 1
681 032 095 (for driver, refer to C:\BOSCH_
PR\EPS945\DRIVERS\BURSTER or C:\BOSCH_
PR\EPS945\DRIVERS\BURSTER\X86).
3. Check the pressure sensor connection.
2. Re-start the PC unit.
Check and align all safety switches.
1. Condition the high-pressure rail
2. Repeat calibration
3. Replace both pressure sensors B9 and B10
