In the event of a malfunction in the operation of the device, contact the
point of sale. To use the warranty, you need a purchase document and a
warranty card stamped at the point of sale.
Our service offers:
• technical consulting (e.g. concerning the first start-up of the machine),
• in justified cases, a "door-to-door" guarantee – after reporting the problem, the courier will
collect the damaged device within 24 hours (on working days) and deliver it to the service,
where it will be carefully repaired, and then returned to the service cost.
