The following figure shows the location of this assembly.

Proceed as follows to replace one or both fuses:

Disconnect the mains cable.

Waiting for 15 second.
3 Remove the fuse with a small screwdriver.
4
Replace the fuse.
5
Use only 5x20 T6.3 A 250 V fuses.

Interlock connection

In order to guarantee a proper working of the interlock connection, the user must
take care that the total resistance between the ground controller and the input of
the interlock cable (connected to the ion pump) is less than 400 Ohm.
