• Carefully remove the grain pillow from the
oven and check the temperature. If further
heating is desired, shake the product and
heat it again for 1 to 2 minutes. Then check
the temperature again and heat further if
necessary until the desired temperature is
reached.
Warning: Risk of injury! The heat may be
unevenly distributed at first. It is impor-
tant to shake the cushion well after
each heating interval to distribute the
temperature evenly in the filling.
Warning: Risk of injury! Never place the
grain pillow directly on the skin, always
use a thin cotton cloth as an intermedi-
ate layer.
Cold application
Place the grain pillow in a suitable plastic
bag in the refrigerator or freezer/freezer for
at least 2 hours. Place the grain pillow on
the affected area with a thin cotton cloth as
an intermediate layer. Only apply the grain
pillow for as long as you find it comfortable
- max. 20 minutes. Before using the grain
pillow again, the treated area should remain
uncovered for 20 minutes.
Care & Hygiene
The present product is suitable for repeated
use. However, personal application is recom-

mended, as classical treatment methods are
not applicable to heating/cooling pads with
natural filling. It is possible to hand wash the
cherry pit cushions. However, the drying
time in the air is several days. Improper dry-
ing can quickly lead to mould formation, so
we advise against washing the product. Ple-
ase always protect all grain pillows (linseed
pillow, grape seed pillow) from moisture.
Detergents, cleaning agents and disinfec-
tants must not be used. For storage, protect
the product from direct sunlight and store in
a clean, dark, dry place when not in use.
Disposal & Environment
• Product: The cover can be added to house-
hold waste (residual waste). The filling can
be added to the organic waste (compost).
• Packaging: No special types of packaging
are used. The respective valid disposal gui-
delines must be observed.
Warranty
Operators of this product must comply with
the regulatory requirements for medical de-
vices applicable at the place of use.
The warranty is governed by the statutory
provisions. Any warranty is excluded if goods
