∙ When starting to chop again, make sure
that there is no food residue on the pin
in the bottom of the working container.
Mixing, Whipping and Beating - Cream,
Egg Whites
∙ Place the working container on the anti-
slip ring.
∙ Place the emulsifying disc onto the pin
in the working container.
∙ Place the ingredients into the working
container. Observe the "Max." marking
and the information in the table.
∙ Place the working container lid onto the
working container. The notches in the
working container lid must engage over
the lugs in the working container.
∙ Put the motor unit into place and turn it
clockwise until you hear it engage.
∙ Plug in the power plug.
∙ Press and hold the centre of the I or II
button until the food has reached the
desired firmness.
∙ After mixing, wait for the motor to stop
and disconnect the power plug. Then
take the motor unit and the working
container lid off and take out the food.
Tip! The food prepared can be left in
the working container and stored. To do
this, close the working container with the
freshness lid.

Grind 100 g beef (in pieces 60x20x20 mm)
in cycles of 5 seconds on and 2 minutes

Cleaning and care
∙ For reasons of hygiene, the appliance
should be cleaned immediately after

must not be treated with liquids or even
immersed in them. Wipe these parts
with a slightly damp cloth.
∙ Clean the working container lid in clean
water and then shake off any residual
water.
∙ All other removable parts can be
cleaned using clean water or in the
dishwasher.
∙ Caution! The cutting blades are
extremely sharp!
