TROUBLESHOOTING
• This chapter sums up the most frequently encountered problems in using this product.
• If you have problems not mentioned in the list, you should try the following steps.
• Turning off the power of the product, unplug the power plug from the socket.
• Let it cool down for one 1 hour.
• Insert the plug into the power socket and open the switch.
• If the problem persists, please contact our customer service center.

The product can't work.
Product overheated.

finished massage 20
minutes and automatically
switch machine to standby
mode.

Management
Plug the socket safely.
Activate the power button.
ON/OFF. If you want to
massage again, please
click ON/OFF again.
Unplug the product power
plug, remove the excess
weight. Please insert
product power and will
be open again.
Remove the power plug,
let it cool down for 1 hour,
if still does not work,
contact the seller.
