counter was not reset.

Clean the washable filters if the
appliance contains them and
replace the other filters with new
ones. Reset the filter life cycle
counter.
Replace the filter (s) with new
ones and reset the filter life
counter.
Remove all packaging from the
filter/s.
Place the appliance so that there
is enough free space around it for
air intake and exhaust.
Place the device in a room where
it can work effectively.
Make sure that there are all
necessary filters in the appliance.
