6. Annual inspection
Check the ball pivots of the gas springs for play
(XL model only) (fig. 11).
Lubricate the ball bearings on the swing axle
(fig. 12).
Check motor and gearbox mounting for secure
fit (fig. 13).
Check wiring harness and plug connections for
chafing, loose plug connections and external
cable breakage (fig. 14).
Check rubber grips on castors for secure grip
(fig. 15).
Check ball bearings of castor for play (fig. 16).
Check frame for cracks (fig. 17).
