9. Storage and maintenance

1. Storage
The electric wheelbarrow with charger must be kept in a dry place for storage.
Storage temperature: min. + 5°C, max. +30°C, max. 50% humidity.
Please note that storage outside the specified parameters may result in increased wear on the battery and
the electronic components.
2. Battery
The battery should be charged every 6-8 weeks even when not in use to avoid deep discharge.
3. Engine safety
The electric wheelbarrow has a thermal circuit breaker to protect against overloading. This switches off the
electrics as soon as there is a risk of overloading due to too heavy a weight or driving on too steep a slope.
If the electric wheelbarrow is switched on, it is automatically switched off after 20 minutes of non-use. To
drive the electric wheelbarrow, it must be switched on as described above.
4. Brake deactivation / emergency operation
The electric brake can be manually deactivated in order to move the electric wheelbarrow without drive in
case of maintenance. The lever on the front must be turned upwards (fig. 10).
ATTENTION: The electric wheelbarrow will not move with the brake disengaged.

5. Before each start-up
General visual inspection for external defects:
• Sufficient pressure on the tyres
• Thumb lever moves back and forth
• Lifting bolt is seated correctly
Note: Recommended tyre pressure:
2bar when driving on loose surfaces (sand, gravel, grass, etc.)
2.5bar when driving on paved surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.)
