Surface treatment

Make sure that surface to be treated is free from
all obstacles.
1. Hold the machine firmly with the steering
handle.
2. Turn the hand wheel clockwise and adjust the
required working depth
3. Pull the operating handle
4. Turn the traction lever onto the required
direction. Swiveling the lever from 0 to the
front means that the machine travels forwards.
Swiveling the lever from 0 to the rear means the
machine travels in reverse. The travel speed
increases with each graduation to which the
lever is positioned.
5. Increase or reduce the milling speed.
Do not mill too deeply! Excessivly deep milling does not increase performance. The machine
must not „hop" on the rotating tool. Follow the amperage consumption on the electrical box
and reduce either the speed, the cutting depth or the number of the blades to keep below the
marked consumption.
In the event of incorrect use, the milling capacity is reduced and the tool unnecessarily
stressed and worn.
The surface quality after machining depends essentially on the chosen tools and the fit-
ment method.
To obtain straight grooves, traces etc. a cord may be laid out on the floor or beam
may help.
Levelling and coating removal work can also be performed with forward and backward
movements of the machine.
Before continuing to work surfaces that have already been treated, brush them down with
a broom and clean with a powerful vacuum cleaner.
