Do not use the device before
going to bed. The massage has
a stimulating effect, which may
lead to problems getting to
sleep.
1. Place the massage seat cushion on
a chair, for example, place the elastic
bands (8) around the backrest and
connect with the hook-and-loop
fastener so that the massage seat
cushion does not slip. The seat surface
and back part should be completely
resting on each other.
2. Connect the connecting cable to the
socket (7) on the device and plug the
mains plug of the mains adapter into
a plug socket.
3. Sit down on the massage seat cushion
and lean back.
4. Pick up the controller and press the
button (14).
The KOMPLETTER RÜCKEN (full
back) programme then starts, and
the TIMER (17) is set to 15 minutes.
You can press the buttons on the
controller to set the massage individ-
ually and activate the heat function
(see the "At A Glance" chapter –
"Picture B").
5. Use the TIMER button (17) to set the
duration of the massage (5, 10 or
15 minutes). We recommend that you
start off with 5 minutes.
6. The controller can be stored in the
pocket (6) during use.
7. When the set time has elapsed, the
device switches off automatically. It
can also be switched off at any time
by pressing the
L
After it is switched off, the mas-
sage heads continue to move for
a short time as they are returned
to their starting position.

8. Pull the mains adapter out of the plug
socket and disconnect the connecting
cable from the device.
9. If the heat function has been activated,
allow the device to cool down before
using it again or storing or cleaning
it (see the "Cleaning and Storage"
chapter).

CLEANING AND STORAGE

Please Note!
■
Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads to
clean the device. These may damage
the surfaces.
• Wipe any dirt off the massage seat
surface and the controller with a
damp cloth. If there are stubborn
stains, a cleaning agent that is suita-
ble for the material may be used.
Then dry it with a soft cloth or allow
it to dry in the air.
• The cover for the neck area (1) can
be removed and washed. Note the
washing symbols.
Allow it to dry completely before
reattaching it.
• For storage, fold the massage seat
surface loosely and store it together
with the controller in a cool, dry place
which is protected from direct sunlight
and is out of the reach of children and
animals.
• Do not place any objects on the folded
massage seat surface, so that it is not
compressed.
