Problem
The unit is not cold or
hot.

Probable Cause
Power supply is disconnected.
"WARM/COOL" switch in "OFF" position.
The back vent is blocked.
Poor air circulation inside the unit.
The unit is placed directly under
sunlight or near a hot appliance.
Probable Solution
Check the power supply and make
sure the plug is well connected.
Set the "WARM/COOL" switch to
WARM or COOL mode.
Keep an empty space of about 10cm
Leave space among foodstuffs to help
air circulation.
Move the unit to a cool and dry place.
