Please note:
This is a "universal" child restraint system, approved for general use in
vehicles under ECE Regulation No. 44.04, as amended, and will fit most, but
not all, vehicle seats.
Correct installation is assured if the vehicle manufacturer has stated in the
vehicle handbook that the vehicle is suitable for the use of a "universal"
child restraint system for this age group.
This child restraint has been classified as "universal" under more stringent
conditions than previous models that did not carry this notice.
If in doubt, contact either the child restraint manufacturer or the dealer.
The child restraint system is only suitable if the approved vehicles are
equipped with 3-point belts approved according to UN/ECE Regulation No
16 or other equivalent standards.
Forward installation
Only the forward-facing installation
of the child car seat is permitted.
Positioning in the vehicle
The permissible positions in the
vehicle (only when used with
3-point belt), are marked in green.
Installation on the rear seat is
recommended.
