3. The aluminum profile engages with an audible click. Pull on the aluminum profile to check that it is
securely locked in position.
4. Slip the product on to your shoulders and check that the articulation units are at the same height.
▶ When the product is worn, the top edge of the articulation unit must match the shoulder height to
within the range +⁄- 3 cm (+⁄- 1.2 in).

Adjusting length of back strap
1. Open the burr fastener of the back strap.
2. Adjust the length of the back strap and reclose the burr fastener.

Adjusting tension cord
The tension cord lets you adjust the position of the articulation units. Tightening the tension cord brings the
articulation units and the expander covers closer to your body.
1. Pull the appropriate end out to tension one of the tension cords.
2. To loosen a tension cord, tilt the ladder-lock buckle up.
▶ Make sure that both tension cords are symmetrically positioned.
