2. Tilt the ladder-lock buckle up to loosen the waist belt.
3. Pull both ends of the waist belt forward to tighten the
belt.
▶ The waist belt must be worn snug.
▶ The pads of the waist belt must be positioned
symmetrically.
4. Tuck the ends of the waist belt into the belt holders.
