While working with the machine, pay special attention to the phenomenon of recoil, in which
o
the machine suddenly reacts and blocks the rotating disc. Blocking the rotating tool causes
the machine to jerk or pull against the direction of rotation of the disc. The setback is a
consequence of improper use of the machine.
Do not use any parts or accessories that are not intended for this device unless they are
o
specified and approved by the manufacturer as compatible.
The rated speed of the accessory must be at least equal to the maximum speed of the device,
o
otherwise accessories that rotate faster than their specified rated speed may be destroyed.
The parameters of the accessories used (discs, sandpaper) must comply with the technical
o
parameters indicated in the table, otherwise the device will not be properly secured and
controlled.
The mounting of the accessories must match the mounting kit of the device.
o
Elements of the accessories that are not suitable for the mounting kit of the device may lose
o
stability, vibrate and the user may lose control of these parts as a result.
Do not use damaged accessories. Before each use, check the condition of the accessories for
o
chips, breaks, cracks or excessive wear.
Check the device for damage in the event of a fall. After checking and replacing damaged
o
items, safely place the device on the user and third parties so that they are not near the
rotating elements. Turn on the device to the highest speed level and let it run continuously for
about 1 minute. Damaged parts should fall apart during this procedure
Only touch the device on the insulated grip surfaces, as hidden cables or a separate power
o
cord may be found while working. Contact with the power cord can cause an electric shock.
Keep the power cord away from the rotating parts. If you lose control of the device, the cable
o
can be severed or pinched and the link can be pulled into the rotating accessory.
Do not set the device aside until it is completely turned off. Rotating elements can come into
o
contact with the surface and tear the device out of the user's control.
Do not start the device when wearing it on your body. Accidental contact of clothing with
o
rotating accessories can cause the rotating elements to attach to the wearer's body.
Do not use accessories that require coolant. The use of water or liquid coolant can cause an
o
electric shock.
Hold the device in place so that you can withstand the force surges caused in the event of a
o
setback. If available, use the additional handle to gain maximum control over the recoil or
torque during operation.
Keep body parts away from rotating parts, as these elements can bounce off in their direction.
o
Do not place your body in the direction in which the recoil may occur. The setback directs the
o
device in the opposite direction to the rotation.
Be especially careful when working on corners or sharp edges. Avoid blockages and contact
o
with random objects during operation. This may cause you to lose control of the device.
Terms
The device is used for sanding walls and ceilings made of plasterboard or plaster.
The operator is solely liable for all damages caused by improper use.
