Reparaturstellung für die Leiterplatte Signal-
Board
1. Die Leiterplatte Signal-Board vom Hauptchassis (Basic-
Board) abnehmen; vorher müssen alle Anschlußkabel abge-
zogen werden.
2. Die beiden Schrauben (A) (Abb. 3) aus der AV-Abdeckung
aus Kunstoff herausschrauben und die AV-Abdeckung durch
Ausclipsen von der Leiterplatte Signal-Board abnehmen.
3. Die drei Metallclips (B) (Abb. 3) von der Metallabdeckung
entfernen.
4. Die Plastikclips (F) an den Ecken der vorderen Metallab-
deckung (Abb. 4) ausclipsen und die Metallabdeckung von
der Leiterplatte Signal-Board abnehmen (Abb. 5). Den glei-
chen Vorgang bei der hinteren Metallabdeckung wiederho-
len (Abb. 6).
5. Die drei Verlängerungskabel an die Leiterplatte Signal-Board
anschließen; darauf achten, daß die Leiterplatte Signal-Board
die Leiterplatte Basic-Board nicht berührt (Abb. 7).
6. Nach erfolgter Reparatur/Einstellung müssen sämtliche Ka-
bel wieder in ihre ursprüngliche Lage gebracht und fixiert
werden.
Hinweis:
Die Verlängerungskabel werden als Reparatur-Teilesatz unter der Bestell-Nr.
291-90274.920 geliefert.

Reparaturhinweis Signal-Board Q4000
Bei Fehlern auf dem Signal-Board gehen Sie bitte folgender maßen vor:

Nehmen Sie den EAROM (I1941) aus der Leiterplatte her-
aus. Das Gerät ist weiterhin spielfähig (nur bei Deflection
Controller SDA9360B51).

Bekommen Sie jetzt ein stehendes Bild, ist der EAROM de-
fekt, (etwaige Geometriefehler bleiben dabei unberücksich-
tigt).

Ist der Fehler weiterhin vorhanden, liegt das an einem ande-
ren Bauteil auf dem Signal-Board.

wenn Sie das Signal-Board bei der Kundendienst-Zentrale
Kronach tauschen wollen, setzen Sie den EAROM aus dem
defekten Signal-Board in das neue ein. So ersparen sie sich
den Geräteabgleich und die Programmierung.
Wichtig!
Am defekten Signal-Board entfernen Sie bitte die vier Kunststoffhalter, sowie
das Abschirmblech und die AV-Abdeckung.

Service position for the signal board
1. Remove the signal board from the main chassis (Basic board),
ensuring all leads are disconnected.
2. Remove the two screws (A) (fig. 3) from the plastic AV cover
and unclip the AV cover from the signal board.
3. Remove the three metal clips (B) (fig. 3) from the metal cover.
4. Unclip the plastic clips (F) at each corner of the front metal
cover (fig. 4) and remove from the signal board (fig. 5). Do
the same for the rear metal cover (fig. 6).
5. Fit the three extension leads to the signal board making sure
that the signal board does not touch the basic board (fig. 7).
6. After servicing ensure all wiring is returned to its original po-
sition and fixed.
Note:
The extension lead wire kit is supplied as a service kit. (Part number 291-
90274.920).

Repair information for the signal board
Q4000
If there is any error on the signal board, please proceed as described:
-
Remove the EAROM (I1941) from the printed circuit board.
The TV is able to keep running (only at Deflection Controller
SDA9360B51).
-
If you get a static picture, the EAROM is out of order (possi-
ble geometry errors remain unconsidered).
-
If the error is still there, it's because of another component
on the signal board.

If you want to change the signal board at the service head
office in Kronach, insert the EAROM from the damaged sig-
nal board into the new one. So you don't need to make the
alignment and the programming of the TV set.
Important!
Please remove the four plastic clamps and the shielding case at the damaged
signal board and the AV cover.
