Congratulations on your purchase of the Loewe
"Control 1 plus" remote control.
Loewe represents the very latest in technology,
design and user comfort.
You can operate various Loewe units with this
remote control, e.g. a TV, a video recorder
(VTR), a DVD player (DVD) or a d-Box (D-BOX).
In addition to these units, you can also control
the basic functions of the "Bose Lifestyle 50
System with the "HiFi" setting.
However, special hi-fi settings are only possible
with the original Bose control unit "Personal
Music Center".

For your own safety ...

Observe the following safety instructions for
your own safety and to avoid unnecessary
damage to your remote control.
Protect the Control 1 plus remote control
from...
• getting wet or damp
• dust
• shock and mechanical stress,
• cold and heat
• Remove used batteries in good time. Leaky
batteries damage thee contact springs of
the remote control. Empty batteries are
indicated in the display.

Inserting the batteries

To insert or change the batteries, press down
on the arrow embossed in the back of the
remote control. Push down the battery
compartment cover and remove it. Insert
batteries of the alkaline manganese type LR 03
(AAA) with the + and – poles the right way
round.
Then close the compartment.
Notes on battery disposal:
The original batteries do not
contain any pollutants such as
cadmium, lead and mercury.
Used batteries do not belong in
the domestic waste. They must
be taken to the appropriate
collection points according to
the national laws. Ask your
dealer.

Cleaning

Only clean the remote control with a damp,
soft, clean cloth (without aggressive or
abrasive cleaning agents).
