The pram in use with the carrycot:
The solid carrycot is placed in the pram (picture 17). The
cover remains on the seat.
The sides of the seat and the folded-up foot box ensure a
stable stand. The belt system can - if it is distracting -
removed from the seat and stored for later use.
With the help of the carrycot you can gently lift your baby
out of the pram when it has fallen asleep on the way,
without waking it up.
NOTE:
Bumper bar:
The bumper bar folds forward towards the footrest - the fabric
cover can be unzipped and washed (max. 30°C hand wash -
please dry in a lying position)
The bumper bar is locked in upright position with two plastic
clips (picture 18). Your child can brace itself during bumpy
rides.
Fabric parts and hood
The solid carrycot is used until your baby is about 5
months old - then it will grow out of the carrycot and be
too heavy for it. The bag is then taken out and instead
the large deck area (designed with a fur or footmuff)
used until your child can sit stably. Then it's time to
convert the pram to a sports seat.
