Programm 80: Die Solarpumpe A1 läuft, wenn:
 S1 größer als die Schwelle min1 ist  und S1 um die Differenz diff1 höher ist als S2
 und S2 die Schwelle max1 nicht überschritten hat.
Die Ladepumpe A2 läuft, wenn:
 S3 größer als die Schwelle min2 ist  und S3 um die Differenz diff2 höher ist als S4
 und S4 die Schwelle max2 nicht überschritten hat.
A1 = S1 > (S2 + diff1) & S1 > min1 & S2 < max1
A2 = S3 > (S4 + diff2) & S3 > min2 & S4 < max2
