a training device and not a toy, and always should be used with care. So at this
point we ask you to observe the following guidelines:
Before training
1.
Be sure that your dog's undesirable behavior is not a result of insufficient
physical activity or health problems. In this case please do not use the
Trainer, and seek professional advice.
2.
Get your dog accustomed to the Trainer collar before you turn it on.
3.
For safety, do not alow your dog to swim while wearing the Trainer. The
collar's weight or the spray function could hinder your dog's ability to
swim. If the Trainer gets wet, simply let it dry. After exposure to water, ne-
ver open the rubber cover to the charging connector, to prevent moisture
from getting into the Trainer.
During training
1.
Immediately remove the trainer if your dog appears agitated!
2.
Always use the trainer in a controlled manner. Just as with normal trai-
ning, it helps to give clear commands. Your dog must first learn these to
be able to react appropriately to them.
3.
Train your dog for a maximum of 1-2 hours per day. Remove the trainer
after each training session and turn it off.
4.
Always reward your dog after a successful training session.
