the ultraMINING. Keep the operating manual in a safe place to avoid operating errors.
Should you require further information or encounter difficulties in its use or maintenance,
please contact your local dealer or ultraMEDIC GmbH directly. Always quote the LOT- or
serial number to identify the ultraMINING.

1.1 Intended use of the product

The ultraMINING stokes basket is a medical device and is used to safely transport of
injured person.

1.2 User groups

This product may only be used by qualified, expert personnel. A prerequisite is theoretical
and practical experience in handling stokes baskets.

1.3 Warranty terms

The manufacturer grants a warranty period of 24 months on this product. The warranty
only covers the costs of the spare parts. Any incurred shipping or wage costs are not
subject to warranty.
Please check the shipment for damage and completeness immediately upon opening. If
damage is found, this must be reported within two working days, packaging damage must
be reported immediately. After this period, no guarantee or warranty claims for transport
damage can be asserted. No responsibility is taken for improper assembly.

1.4 Declaration of conformity

The ultraMINING was manufactured in accordance with the current EU regulation. A
declaration of conformity for these products can be acquired from the local dealership or
the manufacturer.

2. Information on the safety and protection of the product

1. Before and after every use, check that the components and safety belts
are intact and complete.
2. Before using the ultraMINING for the first time, conduct a test run to
familiarize yourself with the product.
