PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS

3.1

Dip switch

No. Description
Radio device receiver:
1 • "ON" = activates radio communication (e.g. remote control);
• "OFF" = disable radio communication.
Wi-Fi Connection:
2 • "ON" = enables operation in Access Point mode or connection to the home network;
• "OFF" = no pairing possible.
Buzzer:
3 • "ON" = enable keyboard sound effect (beep);
• "OFF" = disable keyboard sound effect.
Screen saver:
• "ON" = the LCD display switches off after 20 seconds (it is advisable to keep the function ac-

tive, in order to ensure the durability of the display over time);
• "OFF" = display parameters always visible.
The dip switches are set to "ON" by default; to activate/deactivate the switches proceed as
follows:
• disconnect the display communication cable;
• change the position of the switch;
• reconnect the communication cable.

3.2 Connection to the Wi-Fi network

The Palazzetti App is used to manage the main parameters of your product via smartphone. To use
it, the panel's Wi-Fi network must be activated by setting dip switch 2 to "ON". Then connect the
smartphone to the control panel (AP Mode - Fig. 4)or connect the control panel to the home Wi-Fi
network (Station Mode - Fig. 5).

AP Mode (factory setting)
The control panel is supplied in Access Point
configuration. In this mode it is possible to
start the configuration procedure of the Wi-Fi
network using the Palazzetti App.
Follow the instructions on the App to proceed.
