Remote control does not react
Check whether the batteries are inserted correctly
and/or whether the cables are connected correctly.
The battery charge condition is too low. Replace
batteries.
No radio channel
If the radio channel is cut off, the
remote control must be resynchronised
with the radio receiver. Press the
corresponding button on the
remote control and the button on
the radio receiver simultaneously
for three seconds.
Pump does not react
Check whether all cable connections are plugged correctly
and the transformer is plugged into the wall socket. Hold
down the button on the remote control for several seconds.
Mattress loses air
A natural loss of air is normal within 2– 3 months. Re­adjust
the reclining comfort according to your personal needs.
Overheat control device
If the remote control is operated for 30 minutes without
interruption, the automatic overheat control device of the
pump switches on and disables operation of the remote
control. After an idle time of least 60 minutes, the pump
can be operated normally again with the remote control.
