Enables and disables the Weekly timer and Period timer.
Yes: Use Schedule.
No: Do not use Schedule.
Spins the fan even when the compressor is stopped to prevent
snow buildup on the fan when it snows in regions where there
is relatively little snow cover.
Normal: The fan also stops when the compressor is stopped.
Snow: The fan continues to operate even when the compressor
is stopped.
Prevents the freeze.
