Intended Use
The compressed air tool set is designed to check the air pressure and
to fill or deflate tyres, such as car, motorcycle, truck, or bicycle tyres.
The air blow gun is intended for cleaning and blowing out material from
objects and difficult to access places.
The intended use also includes an operation following the operating
instructions.
Any use beyond these parameters (different media, applying force) or
any changes (reconstruction, no original accessory) can lead to serious
risks and is regarded as use that is contrary to the intended purpose.
Before first Use
Unpack the compressed air tool set and check all parts for any damage in
transit. Dispose of packaging materials or store them out of reach of
children. There is risk of suffocation!
Operating the Air Blow Gun
The air blow gun is equipped with an R ¼" air connection. For your own
safety it is not recommended to use a permanent connection between the
air blow gun and the air hose, but use the plug nipple instead.
1. Power up the compressed air generator.
2. Press the trigger (2) to start the delivery of air. The more you press the
trigger, the higher the air output rate will be.
3. Release the trigger to stop the delivery of air.
4. After work disconnect the air blow gun from the compressed air supply.
Air Pressure and Air Volume
The air blow gun requires clean and oil-free air. Therefore, do not use
an oil-fog lubricator within the air supply system.
If possible, only use compressed air hoses for the air supply that
previously have not been used with other air tools which required an
oil-fog lubrication system.
Operate the air blow gun with a pressure of 3 – 6 bar. When using
higher pressure than the max. permitted pressure of 8 bar, its self-life
will be reduced drastically. Operate the air blow gun using a compres-
