5. Special instructions

5.1 Maintenance

• I f the turntable is not used for some time, please disconnect the motor from the mains
supply.
• Every two years you can lubricate the bearing of the turntable platter with the oil provided.
I n this case it is enough to put 1 or 2 drops of the oil into the bearing.
• Please take special caution regarding any damage of the power cord. Any damage should be
repaired only by authorized personal. A damaged power cord must be exchanged immediately!

5.2 Transport

The turntable should only be shipped in its original packaging.
This is a condition of the
steps given for installation and setup in reverse.
Always remove the turntable platter and replace the foam securing the sub-platter as well as the
tape securing the tonearm and the cartridge stylus protection. Otherwise serious damage can occur.
Please also ensure that you fully retract the turntable feet.
For any transportation of the
upper surface facing downwards into the packaging.
