Skuteczność dezynfekcji
Skuteczność dezynfekcji prezentowana jest przez CIE i inne jednostki badawcze w oparciu o dawkę energii potrzebną do
usunięcia 90% drobnoustrojów z powierzchni. Dla większości znanych nam bakterii i wirusów wymagana dawka nie
przekracza 8 mJ/cm2 . Oznacza to, że lampa emitującą 1 W promieniowania UV-C, w odległości 1 m od danej
powierzchni, potrzebuje 80 sekund, aby ją zdezynfekować w 90%.

Skuteczność promieniowania UV-C spada odwrotnie proporcjonalnie do kwadratu odległości od źródła światła. Dlatego

Disinfection e ciency
The disinfection efficiency is presented by CIE and other research units based on the dose that needs to be implicated to
