MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

After use it, please remove the water tank, empty the water tank completely, and then return
the water tank to its place.
Before cleaning the garment steamer ensure it is unplugged from the power supply and has
completely cooled down.
Do not use abrasive cleaners.
To clean exterior surfaces, use a damp soft cloth and wipe dry. Do not use any chemical sol-
vents, as these will damage the surface.
Before storing in a cool, dry place, check that the garment steamer and any accessories are
cool, clean and dry.
Never wrap the cord tightly around the garment steamer; wrap it loosely to avoid causing
damage.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The garment steamer is not
heating up.
No steam is being emitted
from the garment steamer.
The garment steamer is ma-
king an abnormal sound.

Possible Cause
The garment steamer is not
plugged into the mains power
supply.
There is insufficient water
remaining in the water tank.
The appliance has not reached
the required temperature.
The steam trigger is not held
down.
The water tank is empty.
Solution
Plug in and switch on the
garment steamer at the mains
power supply.
Fill the water to at least the
min fill mark and not beyond
the max.
Plug the garment steamer at
the mains power supply and
allow it to preheat suffciently.
This should take approx. 30
seconds.
Hold down the stream trigger.
Refill the water tank to the
max fill level.
