• Remove all packaging material and then carefully wash the machine head and bowl without
immersing in water following the instructions in the 'Cleaning and maintenance' section.
• Check the condition of the equipment, the cable and that the local voltage is 220-240V/50Hz
• Prepare all ingredients as described in the recipe.
• Put the ingredients in the appliance's container and fill it with water to the right level.
• Make sure that the top of the appliance fits exactly on the container. If it is not connected
correctly the program will not start due to lack of power.
• Select and start the desired programme according to the table below.
• Once the programme has finished strain the liquid and once it has cooled down to the
correct temperature you can drink it. No straining is necessary for soups and cream soups.
• For cooking programmes the food/drink is hot so pour out carefully.
1. It is best to clean the surfaces with a neutral dishwashing detergent and a glass washing
brush or soft dishcloth to avoid damaging to the machine.
2. 20% vinegar, baking soda, dishwashing tablets and an abrasive sponge can be used to
remove any deposits.
3. After washing, place the machine and its accessories in a well-ventilated, dry, safe place and
wait for it to dry completely, then store it assembled.
4. Never put any part of the appliance in a dishwasher or immerse it in water.
5. It is advisable immediately after the end of the programmes to wash the container and the
head part of the appliance otherwise the dry ingredients will stick to it making cleaning
more difficult.
6. The appliance's Clean programme is for rinsing only and is not a substitute for more thorough
washing
