STIHL recommends that maintenance and repair
work be carried out only by authorized STIHL
dealers. STIHL dealers receive regular training
and are supplied with technical information.
Use only high-quality spare parts. Otherwise,
there may be a risk of accidents or damage to
the machine. Contact a servicing dealer if in
doubt.
STIHL recommends the use of genuine STIHL
spare parts. Such parts have been optimized for
the machine and the user's requirements.
Never modify the machine in any way – this can
be extremely dangerous – risk of accident!
Wear sturdy gloves when replacing the circular
brush or sweeper roller* (* KG 770 only) to avoid
cuts from sharp objects.

Assembling the Unit

Fit the pushbar to the machine before using it for
the first time.

► Connect pipes (1) and pushbar (2) – detent
springs (3) must engage

► Secure pushbar to sweeper using the locking
nuts (4)

Depending on the body height of the user, the
pushbar can be fitted in 2 different positions.

► Move the holder (1) vertically up.
► Push pushbar (2) into both holders (1) at the
same time – detent springs (3) must engage
