11.5 PRB – External Temperature Probe

In PRB mode, the temperature
of the external probe is dis-
played at the bottom right of the
"PRB" icon if an external tem-
perature probe is connected.
(ambient air temperature probe,
surface temperature probe)
It is not necessary to press a
key. The external temperature is
permanently displayed.
If no external probe is connect-
ed, "noP" (no probe) appears
instead.
WARNING!
After measuring very high tem-
peratures, the probe remains
hot for a while.
NOTE!
In PRB mode, the unit does not
switch off for 12 minutes. To
switch off faster, change the
mode.
