11. FAQ
The device does not start up:
Make sure the breast pump is connected to a working electrical socket. If the breast pump has no power source,
the display will not turn on and no error message will appear.
The device does not pump when turned on:
Make sure the device has a charged ba ery or is connected to a power source.
No / Poor Suc on:
Make sure that all parts of the breast pump are correctly posi oned. Take the breast pump apart and make sure
that all parts are clean and undamaged. Reassemble the breast pump according to the instruc ons in the sec on
ASSEMBLING the breast pump. When pumping, make sure that the en re surface of the funnel is fully a ached
to the breast.
More milk has flowed out of the breast than the bo le can hold:
Turn off the breast pump and disconnect it from the power supply. Use a damp (not wet) cloth to wipe the
breast pump. Wash the parts of the breast pump with the milk in accordance with the instruc ons in the
CLEANING AND DISINFECTION sec on. When all the parts of the device are dry, reassemble them.
