8) Close the pressure roller arms (B) and lock them with the pressure
adjustment knobs (A).
9) Turn the knob (g) to adjust the pressure on the pressure roller (h).
Make sure that the wire does not move. Too little pressure will cause
the wire to slide on the rollers, and too much pressure will lead to
deformation of the wire. Once this step is completed, you can let go of
the welding wire as its tension will be maintained by the wire feeder.
10) Remove the current tip and nozzle from the burner.
CAUTION! Getting the wire out of the burner requires applying
power to the unit. Do not touch any grounded objects with the
burner, otherwise an electric arc may occur.
11) Connect the welding machine to the power supply and turn the
ON/OFF switch located on the back panel of the welding machine to
the ON position to turn the machine on.
12) Position the burner cable so that it has as few kinks as possible (this
will make it easier to eject the welding wire).
13) Press the burner button to eject the wire from the burner tip (do not
point the burner tip toward your body or anyone else's). Release the
burner button when the wire ejects from the burner tip.
14) Turn off the welding machine and disconnect it from the power
supply.
CAUTION! Make sure the machine is turned off and unplugged from
the power supply before performing the following steps.
15) Install the wire end.
16) Cut the wire tip so that it protrudes only 10-15 mm from the burner.
17) If a wire requiring shielding gas has been installed, install a gas nozzle.
If a self shielding wire (FLUX) is installed, the installation of a gas
nozzle is not required.

7. DISPOSAL OF PACKAGING

Please keep all packaging material (cardboard, plastic strips and polystyrene
foam) to ensure that the unit is protected during shipment, should it become
necessary to send it to a service center!

8. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

When transporting the unit, protect it from shocks and tipping over, and do
not place it "upside down". Store the unit in a well-ventilated room where dry
air is present and corrosive gases are not present.
