ASSEMBLY MANUAL
CAUTION! Follow the steps below during the assembly and use tools supplied with the product.
Prepare sufficient space for the assembly operation.
It is advisable to assemble the product with another person because of the weight of some elements.
1. Install the front and rear base
Fix the rear (3) and front base (2) to the main
frame (1) using bolts M8x90 (4), curved washers
(5),and nuts M8 (6).
NOTE! Remove any plastic or cardboard safety
inserts before assembly.
2. Install the cables and handlebar post
Connect the connecting cable (36)
to the computer cable (37).
Next, connect the resistance adjustment cable
(38) to the other connecting cable (38)
as shown in the picture.
Slide the nut of the upper resistance

adjustment cable (38) into the slot in

the bracket of the lower resistance adjustment
cable (38), pull and tighten the upper cable (38)
and move the lower cable bracket (38)
vertically. Cable nut should be on the bracket
as shown in the picture.
Fix the handlebar post (59) to the main frame

(36) with bolts M8x16 (35) and washers (21).
