The LED strip does not light up after connecting the controller and power on.
1. Check the power input: Please use our supplied adapter or any other power source which
is of the same type as our adapter. LED light must be used under 12V voltage.
2. Check if the controller and the strip are properly connected. Confirm all connections are
OK.
3. Check if the remote control is switched on.
The LED strip is on, but the remote controller is not working or cannot control the LED
light.
1. Check if the insulation plate is in the remote control.
2. Check if the battery of the remote control is well placed.
3. Confirm that you are within 5m and align with infrared sensor.
4. Try to change the battery.
